We analyze residential opportunities against fixed criteria and buy only when the numbers hold under a conservative case. No opportunity replaces our investment criteria, and we never underwrite to the perfect-case scenario.

Renovate

We rebuild each home with intention: sound layouts, durable materials and finishes chosen for the way people actually live. Quality responds to the market, never at the cost of our standards.

Reposition

We return the property to the market completed, documented and ready for its next chapter — priced on evidence, presented honestly, and finished to a standard we are willing to put our name on.

CasaNido did not begin with a property. It began with a way of thinking.

Long before we entered real estate, we had built our careers around the same principles: preparation before execution, continuous learning, attention to detail and genuine care for the people we serve. Our greatest strength was never a particular industry. It was the way we approached the work.

When we decided to build a company together, we knew we did not want another investment business. We wanted a company that reflected who we are, how we think and the standards we expect from ourselves every day.

Spanish for nest. Protection, growth and new beginnings — the reason a house is worth building well in the first place.

Together, the name carries both our business and our purpose: creating places where families can begin new chapters, while building a company our own family will be proud to lead for generations.

Paulina Ocando Rodriguez

Co-founder

Paulina is a licensed medical aesthetician and the founder of PolyDerm Tampa Aesthetics, where she built a practice on a simple sequence: analyze first, then treat. No two clients receive the same plan, because no two arrive with the same problem.

She brings that method to CasaNido. Every property is examined on its own terms before a number is attached to it, and she is the one who slows a decision down when the analysis is not finished. That discipline is why our underwriting holds.

Gian Paul Moron

Co-founder

Gian Paul was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and came to the United States at twenty. Before he built Hóla Hair Studio in South Tampa, he trained as a paramedic — a chapter that gave him the habit he still works by: stay calm, stay present, think ahead, and do the thing properly the first time.

At CasaNido he leads acquisitions and renovation execution, working with sellers, agents and contractors across Tampa Bay in English and Spanish. He would rather walk a property himself than take someone's word for its condition, and he treats a seller the way he treats a client in his chair: explain the plan honestly, say what it will actually take, and leave them able to decide for themselves.

You have a property to sell

We buy residential properties in as-is condition. No repairs, no staging, no showings. Tell us about the house and we will give you a straight answer about whether it fits what we buy — including when it does not.

You have a deal to bring us

Agents and wholesalers: send it over. We respond to every submission that meets our criteria, we close on the terms we agree to, and we tell you quickly when something is not for us.

You are exploring a partnership

We work with a small number of partners on individual residential projects. Conversations begin privately and move at the pace of due diligence.
